Ivy JoanGARWOODPassed away peacefully at UHW on May 3rd, 2024, aged 92 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Arthur, much loved Mother of Carol and dear Mother-in-law to David. A wonderful Grandmother to Leigh, Ceri and Steven. A doting great Grandmother to Jack and Harri. Ivy will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.

Resting at D. Caesar Jones Funeral Home, 55 Pantbach Rd, Rhiwbina until the service at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel on Thursday May 30th at 12noon.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Ivy, please accept my sincere condolences from all of us here at Tŷ Hafan. Ivy was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of their family and friends. They will be missed. 

At Tŷ Hafan, the diagnosis of a life-shortening illness turns everyday life upside down for families, leaving them facing a future that is so different to the one they imagined. Your generosity means they can receive the care and support they need. Thanks to you, they can create a lifetime of memories in the time they have together, just like your memories of Ivy. I hope that gives you some comfort during this sad time.
